Nelly Lewis is a award-winning former physical theatre performer, gymnast, dancer, choreographer, and even stand-up comedian with decades of experience in movement research and education. She developed the holistic Pilates method, a Pilates-based mindful movement approach that weaves in elements from Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, body intelligence, and more. As a mindfulness practitioner and certified NLP life coach, Nelly integrates deep awareness and coaching into her sessions, specialising in back pain, pelvic floor health, and core strength. Known for her warmth, unique perspective, and sense of humour, Nelly helps clients reconnect with their bodies, relieve pain, and foster lasting well-being.
